Home/Wellbeing Resources

We understand that during this time, with schools closing and self- isolation, it is perfectly normal to feel concerned about yourselves and your family. We appreciate this and as valued members of our school community, we wanted to reach out and offer any assistance that we can. It is crucial for us to do what we can to keep ourselves healthy; physically and mentally. Following the government guidelines is the easy way of keeping physically healthy. We hope our tips will help you keep mentally healthy which we know can be more tricky. By following this simple advice, children and adults alike should experience the dual benefit of having a focus to help them through the current uncertain times but also preparing them for the return of a more regular life and routine.

Spending time with family and friends. Enjoying doing things together and talking to each other.

It keeps you physically healthy, and makes you feel good.

Trying something new. Trying a new hobby or learning about something just because it interests you.

Taking a break to see how you feel. Relaxing and looking around to notice things you might sometimes overlook.

Doing something for a friend or relation/adult, as well as making them feel good, it makes you feel good too!
